DoConnect is an innovative provider of workforce and employment training, founded in 2024 and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a path to meaningful employment. Our small but dedicated team brings together experience in education, social services, and community outreach.

Evelyn is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education, social services, and community outreach. Her adaptive leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement have made her a vital asset to the team. She is passionate about making a difference, using her experience to create hope, confidence, and promise through support.

Enrollment Coordinator
James is a dedicated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in participant-focused services and community outreach. He excels in case management, intake assessments, life skills development, crisis intervention, and counseling. His meticulous attention to detail and critical thinking skills make him a valuable team player.

Our understanding that success starts with training and development. We have staff certified in Ready, Set, Work training. We partner with licensed trainers to certify students in Security Guard training, OSHA 30, Flagger, and Site Safety.
